GS / GT hollow blade dryer
working principle:
The hollow blade shaft is slowly rotated under the drive of the transmission system, and the material enters the machine from the feed port, and is conveyed to the discharge port through the slowly driven hollow blade shaft. During the conveying process, the materials are stirred by the paddles, and are heated and dried by the hollow paddles and the jacket. Because the hollow blade is wedge-shaped, the material is alternately compressed (at the wedge-shaped slope) and expanded (at the wedge-shaped gap) during rotation, which makes the material on the heat transfer surface move violently and strengthens the self-cleaning of the heat transfer surface. Effect, thereby greatly improving the heat transfer coefficient. The medium used for drying can be steam, thermal oil or hot water. When the medium is changed to cooling water, this machine is the ideal powder cooling equipment.
Features and scope of application:
High thermal efficiency, up to 80-90%.
The wedge-shaped paddle has self-cleaning ability, which can compress and expand the material when rotating, and enhance the heat exchange effect.
Can be operated intermittently or continuously, and can also be operated under normal pressure, positive pressure or vacuum.
It is suitable for heating, drying, cooling and other materials with good thermal stability, such as gypsum-shaped, cake-shaped, powdery and granular.
