WLDH type horizontal ribbon mixer
working principle
The machine is composed of motor, transmission mechanism, U-shaped barrel, spiral belt and other parts. The helical ribbon has a double-layer structure inside and outside, and the inner and outer helical ribbons rotate in opposite directions. During operation, the inner spiral ribbon pushes the material to flow to both ends of the barrel, and the outer spiral ribbon pushes the material to flow to the middle of the barrel, so that the materials form a convective movement to achieve the purpose of mixing.
Features and scope of application:
The material flows quickly during mixing, the mixing time is short, and the uniformity is high.
Suitable for mixing of fluid materials
Suitable for mixing powder-powder, powder-granule and powder with a small amount of liquid.

1. Processing capacity of each batch (t) = full volume (m3) × loading factor (0.6) × apparent density (generally ≤ 0.8t / m3).
2. When the apparent density is> 0.8t / m3, the power of the equipment can be changed appropriately.
